We started in seafood processing — strict food-safety regimes, cold-chain documentation and zero tolerance for paperwork errors. The same platform now powers solutions in other industries, including real estate. Client names withheld.

Blast-freezer records, dictated pallet by pallet.
Every pallet entering a blast freezer has to be documented — lot, item, quantity, chamber, time and temperature in and out. Controllers used to fill in paper cards and retype them later. Now they speak, and the system assembles the official freezing card: validated, formatted, exportable.

Raw-material inspections and lab reports, structured on arrival.
Incoming fish is inspected fillet by fillet, and accredited labs send microbiology results as PDFs. Both now flow into structured records: spoken inspection notes become a complete control report, and lab PDFs are parsed into a standardised results register.

During a viewing, the agent simply talks through the property and takes photos. The system extracts area, rooms, floor, condition, heating and costs, describes every photo, calculates the price per m², adds context about the neighbourhood and transport, and writes a polished listing — formatted for the agency's website and property portals.
